Job Responsibilites :
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead & Project Manager to lead multiple development teams and ensure successful project delivery. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, sprint management, client communication, and handling escalations across various technology domains
Key Responsibilites :
Manage and lead multiple development teams
Plan projects, handle Scrum, and manage sprints
Prepare project estimations and ensure timely delivery.
Communicate with clients and resolve escalations
Oversee projects across SaaS, eCommerce, Mobile Apps, and AI solutions.
Required Skills :
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
