Site Data Collection Executive (Lead Generation & Project Tracking)
We are looking for a proactive Site Data Collection Executive to visit construction sites, collect project-related information, identify key decision-makers, and track the progress stage of ongoing projects. The role is crucial for generating leads and helping the sales team connect with clients at the right stage of construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit residential, commercial, and hospitality project sites regularly.
- Collect details of key contacts including:
- Builder / Developer
- Architect
- Interior Designer
- Project Manager
- Site Engineer
- Electrical Consultant
- MEP Contractor
- Gather contact information such as:
- Name
- Mobile Number
- Company Name
- Email ID (if available)
- Identify and record the current stage of the project:
- Excavation/Foundation
- Structure Work
- Brickwork
- Plastering
- Electrical Conduit Stage
- False Ceiling Stage
- Interior Fit-Out Stage
- Finishing Stage
- Handover Stage
- Collect project details including:
- Project Name
- Location
- Project Type (Villa, Apartment, Office, Hotel, etc.)
- Estimated Project Size
- Take site photographs and maintain project records.
- Submit daily and weekly reports to the sales team.
- Update CRM/Excel sheets with collected data.
- Identify opportunities for Architectural Lighting, Home Automation, Home Theatre, Audio-Video, Designer Fans, and related solutions.
- Build professional relationships with site personnel for future business opportunities.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with contractors, engineers, and consultants.
- Basic understanding of construction and interior project stages.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong observation and reporting skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for field visits.
Qualification
- Graduate or Diploma Holder (Any Stream).
- Experience in field surveying, sales support, real estate, construction, or lead generation is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of sites visited per day.
- Number of new contacts collected.
- Number of qualified projects identified.
- Accuracy of project-stage reporting.
- Number of leads generated for the sales team.

Business Development Manager / Sales Head
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
