Job Title: Odoo Functional Consultant Intern

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated BCA/MCA graduates who are interested in building a career in ERP Functional Consulting. As an Odoo Functional Consultant Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in business process analysis, ERP implementation, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business requirements and assist in mapping them to Odoo ERP solutions
- Work on Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and HR
- Assist in requirement gathering, documentation (BRD/FRD), and process flow creation
- Support in ERP implementation, configuration, and testing
- Coordinate with technical teams for customization and development requirements
- Participate in client discussions, demos, and user training sessions
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-implementation support
Eligibility Criteria
- BCA / MCA graduates (Freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Based in Pune or willing to relocate
- Keen interest in building a career in Functional Consulting / ERP / Odoo
- Basic understanding of business processes (Sales, Finance, HR, etc.) is a plus
Skills Required
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
