Job Opening: Financial Literacy Educator / Academic Lead- (immediate joining )

Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Facilitate engaging, age-appropriate financial literacy sessions for students ranging from Grade 1 to Grade 10/12.
- Content Creation: Design creative assignments, practical activities, and robust assessments to measure student progress.
- Hybrid Teaching: Conduct high-energy in-person classes and transition seamlessly to online platforms when required.
- Academic Leadership: Senior candidates will oversee curriculum standards, mentor junior faculty, and manage academic operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Domain Expertise: A strong foundational knowledge of the Commerce/ Finance subjects .
- Qualified Professionals CFP/CA/CS/CMA(Inter or Completed) /MBA- (Finance only ) /Finance Professionals /M,Com may pls apply.
- SEBI Smart Trainers/NISM Certified trainers are also welcome for different roles
- Other candidates pls refrain from applying
- Linguistic Proficiency: Must be able to communicate effectively in English, Hindi,
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using educational technology, LMS platforms, and video conferencing tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for primary schoolers while providing depth for senior secondary students.
- Location: Willingness to travel to designated work locations within Pune.
