About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and technically oriented Operations Executive to manage and support the operation of our IoT-based products deployed across healthcare facilities.
The role involves supporting hospital-site operations, monitoring machine performance, coordinating technical support, maintaining operational records, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the installation, operation, and day-to-day activities of IoT devices at hospital locations.
· Provide basic technical and operational support for ongoing projects.
· Monitor machine performance and identify operational issues.
· Coordinate with technical/service teams for breakdowns, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
· Visit hospital locations as required for operational support and troubleshooting.
· Ensure machines are used correctly as per defined SOPs and operating procedures.
· Maintain daily operational records and reports.
· Coordinate with hospital staff regarding machine operation and site-level issues.
· Monitor and report machine downtime, operational problems, and maintenance requirements.
· Escalate technical issues to the concerned team in a timely manner.
· Support the implementation and smooth execution of project activities at hospital sites.
· Follow company safety, operational, and reporting procedures.
· Maintain effective communication with internal teams and hospital stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Graduate in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 0–2 years of experience in technical operations, field operations, machine operations, equipment handling, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of technical equipment and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with hospital staff and other stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, for maintaining operational records and reports.
- Willingness to travel to hospital locations as required.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities across multiple sites.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new IoT-based systems, devices, and operating procedures.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
