Job Title: Telecaller
Department: Administration / Customer Support / Admissions
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information to customers, maintain records, and support business growth through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, parents, students, or clients.
- Attend inbound calls and address inquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information about services, products, admissions, or programs.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, or counselling sessions as required.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Prepare reports on call activities and outcomes.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role.

Salary: As per company norms and experience.
Reporting To: Manager / Department Head.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
