Key Responsibilities:

- Payroll & Attendance: Supervise payroll processing, attendance tracking, and ensure accuracy in employee records.
- Employee Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs including health, insurance, and welfare schemes.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and IT industry standards.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management: Oversee appraisal systems, promotions, and career development frameworks.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance workforce capabilities, especially in IT-related roles.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, attendance management, and employee benefits administration.
