Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Health Insurance Telecaller with a minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or insurance sales. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining health insurance products, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through calls and follow-ups
- Explain health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage details
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain customer database and update call records regularly
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for policy processing
- Achieve monthly calling and lead generation targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling, preferably in health insurance or financial services
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of health insurance products and terminology
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
