Podhigai Ads Media Group is a fast-growing Out-of-Home (OOH) media company headquartered in Chennai, with exclusive advertising rights across premium assets including Metro trains, Airports, Tech Parks, and large-format conventional media in key cities of India.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end operations across multiple cities. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, setting up strong processes, and acting as a critical bridge between Sales and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complete operations across Multiple cities.
- Handle day-to-day operational challenges and resolve on-ground issues with the team
- Guide, mentor, and strengthen the regional operations teams
- Ensure smooth execution, monitoring, and compliance across all OOH assets
- Act as the key coordination link between Sales and Operations teams
- Play a pivotal role during acquisition of new OOH assets by providing operational inputs and feasibility support
- Set up operations, processes, and SOPs post-acquisition for smooth rollouts
- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and service delivery
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external authorities/vendors as required
- Travel across asset locations on a need basis to support operations and setup
Candidate Profile
- Age: Between 32 to 40 years
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience in OOH media, infrastructure, or large-scale operations
- Strong hands-on experience in multi-city operations management
- Proven leadership experience in managing and guiding large teams
- Strong problem-solving and execution-oriented mindset
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory along with local language proficiency
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel across locations as per business needs

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
