Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and engage with potential clients
- Create proposals, quotations and tender documents
- Address customer queries on products, pricing, features etc
- Manage customer inquiries and orders from initial contact through delivery
- Coordinating closely with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Processing orders, tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and managing any product quality concerns or returns.
- Maintain accurate customer records, prepare regular reports on service metrics, and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
- Building strong relationships with key accounts and providing technical product information.
What you need to have:
- Customer First Attitude
- A bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or B2B environments.
- Have strong communication and problem-solving abilities, proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office
- Ability to understand technical product specifications.
- Experience coordinating across multiple departments and working in fast-paced environments is important.
