Job Summary: Saaki Argus And Averil Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Manager to oversee and drive recruitment operations for our consulting firm's clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, client relationship management, and process optimization to ensure seamless hiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruitment challenges.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies tailored to client requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor an RPO recruitment team, ensuring optimal performance and professional growth.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine recruitment processes for efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align hiring processes with business objectives.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies to streamline hiring processes.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) and implement improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Any Bachelors degree with 10-15 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in handling large scale RPO Projects.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for diverse industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to analyze data and optimize recruitment processes accordingly.
