About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives and manage a team of creative and analytical professionals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital strategy, a proven track record in team leadership, and a strong understanding of modern marketing tools and platforms. A background in marketing — academic or professional — is a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional digital marketing team (content, SEO, paid media, design)
- Set clear KPIs and performance goals for team members; conduct regular reviews
- Foster a collaborative, data-driven, and growth-oriented team culture
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Leadership) to align marketing efforts
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, and Content
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Oversee brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Drive website traffic, lead generation, and online conversion goals
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, etc.
- Translate data insights into actionable strategy optimisations
- Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports for senior leadership
Content & Campaign Management
- Oversee content calendars and campaign timelines; ensure on-time delivery
- Guide the creation of engaging content across formats — blogs, videos, social posts, emailers
- Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently and maximise ROI
7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a team lead or managerial role
- Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and scale a team
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong working knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools
- Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics (GA4), data dashboards, and reporting
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred / Good to Have
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C digital marketing
- Knowledge of marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing
- Exposure to video/social-first content strategies

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
