About the Role
VeCura Wellness is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to manage client relationships, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and support customer retention initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests professionally.
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments, wellness programs, and feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with therapists, nutritionists, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support customer retention and engagement activities.
- Promote wellness packages and services when appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service, customer relationship management, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
