What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us order management & Reconciliation process CSS Warranty and Claims team is responsible for end-to-end order management activities, including claims management, account reconciliations, return creation and processing, and order processing for service providers and customers. The team ensures accurate transaction handling, timely issue resolution, and efficient support throughout the warranty and claims lifecycle. Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines Manage multiple queues across Consumer Shared Services ensuring smooth operations. Monitor and manage KROs, SLA adherence, and Quality performance across all assigned queues. Ensure 100% compliance with process guidelines, policies, and audit requirements. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
