Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality videos for marketing, branding, corporate communications, training, and social media.
- Capture events, interviews, testimonials, product demonstrations, campus activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, business units, and leadership teams to understand creative requirements and develop engaging visual content.
- Operate professional cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, drones (where certified), and other production gear.
- Edit videos using industry-standard software, incorporating graphics, animations, captions, music, and visual effects.
- Create short-form content optimized for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
- Maintain consistency with KGiSL's brand guidelines across all video assets.
- Organize and manage video files, raw footage, and digital asset libraries.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high production quality.
- Stay updated on emerging video production techniques, editing trends, and social media best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film Production, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate, promotional, event, or digital content production.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Experience with DSLR, mirrorless, cinema cameras, gimbals, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, color correction, and sound editing.
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, compression, and publishing across digital platforms.
- Experience in drone videography is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
