Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Administrative Support
· Manage and maintain the Director's daily schedule, calendar, and appointments.
· Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors appropriately.
· Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and draft formal correspondence on behalf of the Director.
· Organize high-level meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure action items are followed up on.
· Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and corporate data.
2. Travel & Hospitality Management
· End-to-end coordination of domestic and international travel bookings for the Director and Office team members.
· Flight, train, and cab bookings ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with preferences.
· Hotel reservations, accommodation arrangements, and itinerary planning.
· Managing travel expense claims and processing invoices timely.
3. General Office Management
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless flow of communication to and from the Director's office.
· Organize and maintain a highly systematic physical and digital filing system.
· Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to optimize the Director's time and productivity.
· General Office Management and day to day administrative task.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Secretary.
· Language Proficiency: Conversant in English, Hindi, and Marathi (written and verbal).
· Location: Must be a resident of Nagpur/Butibori or closely commuting distance to ensure punctuality.
· Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Spreadsheet and online travel booking portals.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
