Globify Software Solutions is a growing software development company specializing in web applications, mobile applications, and digital solutions. We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Project Coordinator to support our project management team and ensure smooth communication between clients and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track ongoing software development projects.
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and management teams.
- Schedule meetings, prepare project reports, and maintain project documentation.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending tasks.
- Assist in requirement gathering and project planning activities.
- Ensure timely communication between stakeholders and internal teams.
- Maintain project records and status updates.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in an IT company, software company, or project coordination role.
- Freshers with relevant educational background are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc Computer Science or related fields.
- Good english communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of software development processes is preferred.
- Technical knowledge of websites, mobile applications, or software projects will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools is desirable.
- Need to have a personal laptop.
