About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Analyst to work directly with clients and development teams. The role involves understanding client requirements, presenting solutions, preparing project documentation, coordinating development activities, and ensuring the final product meets client expectations.
The ideal candidate should be confident in client meetings and presentations and have the ability to understand both business requirements and software development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and expectations.
- Conduct requirement-gathering meetings and translate business needs into clear development requirements.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, product demonstrations, feature walkthroughs, and project updates.
- Present proposed solutions, workflows, system features, and development approaches to clients.
- Handle client questions, feedback, and clarification during presentations and meetings.
- Analyse existing systems and workflows and identify gaps, improvements, and new requirements.
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with developers and explain requirements clearly.
- Review development work against agreed requirements and identify gaps or incorrect implementations.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Convert client feedback into clear and actionable development tasks.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, prioritisation, demos, and UAT.
- Conduct functional reviews and verify that developed features meet business requirements.
- Track requirements, changes, issues, dependencies, and priorities.
- Identify ambiguities, risks, and missing requirements before development begins.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation.
- Support project managers in ensuring projects are delivered according to client expectations and agreed timelines.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Analysis, Product Analysis, Software Project Coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proven experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.
- Strong client presentation and communication skills.
- Experience conducting product demonstrations and feature walkthroughs.
- Strong requirement-gathering and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with developers.
- Experience preparing functional requirements and project documentation.
- Experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process diagrams.
- Good understanding of web and mobile application development.
- Ability to review developed features and identify deviations from requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, requirements, and priorities.
Good to Have
- Experience working with international clients.
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, CRM, fintech, EdTech, or other software products.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud applications.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience using Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Slack, or similar tools.
- Previous experience in an IT services or software development company.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
