Job Description: Collaboration Engineer
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Cisco Collaboration Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco collaboration
solutions to enhance communication and collaboration across our organization.

Responsibilities:
1. Unified Communications Design and Implementation:
- Design, configure, and implement Cisco Unified Communications solutions, including Cisco
Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, and Presence.
- Integrate Cisco collaboration tools with existing infrastructure.
2. Voice and Video Conferencing:
- Implement and manage voice and video conferencing solutions, such as Cisco Webex,
TelePresence, and Jabber.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice and video communications.
3. Collaboration Infrastructure Management:
- Manage and maintain the health and performance of Cisco collaboration infrastructure.
- Monitor system logs and proactively address potential issues.
4. Integration with Other Systems:
- Integrate Cisco collaboration solutions with third-party applications and systems.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with network infrastructure.
5. User Support and Training:
- Provide support to end-users for Cisco collaboration tools and applications.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency and adoption.
6. Security and Compliance:
- Implement security measures for Cisco collaboration solutions, ensuring compliance with
organizational policies and industry standards.
- Stay informed about security updates and vulnerabilities related to Cisco collaboration
technologies.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
2. Experience:
- Proven experience as a Cisco Collaboration Engineer, with expertise in Cisco Unified
Communications solutions
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
