Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive administrative, organizational, and secretarial support to the Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the Director's office, effective time management, and efficient coordination between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to correspondence (emails, calls, letters) on behalf of the Director where appropriate.
- Prepare, proofread, and format reports, presentations, letters, and other official documents.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation with a high degree of discretion.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external agencies on behalf of the Director.
- Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and basic budget tracking for the Director's office.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, client visits, and corporate events as required.
- Anticipate the Director's needs and proactively handle tasks to optimize their time.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment relevant to the Director's office.
- Undertake any other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; additional certification in Secretarial Practice/Office Management preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary, preferably supporting senior management.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing/corporate setup will be an added advantage.
Working Conditions
- Full-time role based at the Head Office; may require flexibility in working hours based on the Director's schedule.
- Occasional travel may be required to accompany or support the Director.
Pay: ₹12,684.22 - ₹30,000.00 per month
