About CWED
Center for Welfare, Education & Development (CWED) is a non-profit organization working in the areas of women empowerment, education, skill development, community welfare, and social development. We are looking for motivated and responsible professionals to join our district team.
Position Summary
CWED is inviting applications for the position of District Coordinator. The selected candidate will coordinate district-level programs, supervise field activities, build partnerships with local stakeholders, and support the implementation of community development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage district-level projects and activities.
- Supervise Block Coordinators and field teams.
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate community development programs.
- Coordinate with government departments, educational institutions, NGOs, and community organizations.
- Organize awareness campaigns, workshops, meetings, and training programs.
- Conduct regular field visits and monitor project implementation.
- Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
- Support women empowerment and social welfare initiatives.
Eligibility
- All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Age: 18–45 years.
- Graduation preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Experience in social work, education, community development, or administration is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within the district.
Salary & Benefits
