Role Objective
To assist Fly Buy clients with travel-related requirements and support the Travel Curator in delivering seamless travel services, including flight bookings, visa assistance, destination guidance, and travel coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and compare flight fares across various platforms. (MMT, SKYSCANNER, GOIBIBO, IXIGO, CLEARTRIP etc.)
- Assist with domestic and international flight bookings.
- Support visa documentation collection and submission processes.
- Provide destination information and travel guidance to clients.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners when required.
- Maintain and update destination fare trackers and Google Sheets.
- Assist with travel insurance quotations and issuance.
- Monitor schedule changes, cancellations, and airline advisories.
- Support clients with travel-related queries via email and phone.
- Maintain booking records and client documentation.
- Assist in preparing destination reports and travel updates.
- Support operational tasks assigned by the Travel Curator and Management.
WHO YOU ARE?
- 1–3 years in travel sales, itinerary planning, or luxury concierge roles (agency, OTA, or club experience a big plus).
- Airline experience beneficial
- Comfortable with OTA and booking platforms.
- Target-driven, organized, and empathetic—you remember names and anniversaries.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
