Job Summary
Jaywant Group is hiring a Senior Site Engineer (Civil) specializing in PEB and Industrial construction to manage day-to-day site execution, civil foundations, structural erection, and contractor teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Execution: Supervise civil and structural works, including earthworks, RCC foundations, flooring, and PEB structural erection.
- PEB Alignment: Coordinate anchor bolt casting, layout marking, and structural grid alignment with fabrication vendors.
- Timeline Management: Manage daily labor outputs, heavy machinery (JCBs/Cranes), and track site milestones against deadlines.
- Quality & Inventory Control: Verify incoming materials, minimize structural wastage, and ensure 100% drawing compliance.
- DPR Reporting: Maintain daily progress logs, labor attendance, and verify contractor measurement records.
Requirements
- Education: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 7–12 years of solid experience in Industrial Sheds, Warehouses, and PEB structures.
- Skills: Proficient in reading structural drawings, basic AutoCAD, and MS Excel. Fluent in Marathi/Hindi.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
