Duties & Responsibilities – Demi Chef de Partie
- Assist the Chef de Partie in managing a specific kitchen section (e.g., hot kitchen, pastry, grill).
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Ensure proper mise en place before service.
- Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the work area.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory control.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items (FIFO method).
- Support in maintaining consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and contribute to smooth kitchen operations.
- Ensure minimal wastage and control food costs.
- Handle basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
