We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Address customer questions and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,200.00 per month
