We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Service Trainer to join our Service Center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training service technicians, improving technical skills, and ensuring high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training programs for service technicians.
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and presentations.
- Assess technicians' technical knowledge and practical skills.
- Provide hands-on training on product installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
- Support new product launches with technical training.
- Monitor service quality and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with the service and technical support teams to address training needs.
- Maintain training records and prepare training reports.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical service, maintenance, or training.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation.
