JD - Looking for position for one of the institutes of Symbiosis International University i.e. Symbiosis University Hospital & Research Centre, Lavale, Pune
Hospital is 900 beds NABH Accredited, Multi-super Specialty State of the art hospital. Associated with Symbiosis Medical College for Women.
Qualification & Experience:
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 8–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in hospitals, healthcare institutions, or large service organizations.
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements based on approved manpower requisitions and employee attrition.
- Source candidates through job portals, recruitment databases, institutional email applications, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen applications, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Organize walk-in interviews and recruitment drives.
- Facilitate salary discussions in coordination with Central HR and hiring departments.
- Prepare offer letters, Selection Committee documentation, and recruitment-related records.
- Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and document verification.
- Maintain regular communication with selected candidates throughout their notice period until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and submit weekly hiring status reports.
2. Employee Onboarding & HR Operations
- Ensure completion of all joining formalities prior to employee onboarding.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programmes.
- Coordinate issuance of temporary ID cards, uniforms, scrubs, shoes, aprons, and other joining essentials.
- Facilitate introductions with HR leadership and departmental heads.
- Coordinate Provident Fund enrolment, insurance registration, and statutory documentation.
- Update employee records and documentation in HRMS (Manthan).
- Prepare employee files in accordance with organizational and NABH requirements.
- Coordinate employee code creation, Principal Director Approval (PDA), appointment letter issuance, and contract renewal processes.
- Maintain Joining Master, employee records, and document repositories.
3. Attendance, Leave & Workforce Management
- Administer employee attendance through biometric and HRMS systems.
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, late coming, single punches, and leave compliance.
- Maintain manual attendance records for newly joined employees until biometric activation.
- Update departmental duty rosters and leave records in HRMS.
- Process Compensatory Off requests and monitor special leave categories including maternity, medical, and long leave cases.
- Coordinate with department heads for duty roster submissions and attendance reconciliation.
- Prepare attendance MIS, absenteeism reports, attrition analysis, and workforce dashboards.
- Issue absenteeism, unauthorized absence, and absconding communications in accordance with organizational policies.
- Manage temporary and permanent employee identity card issuance.
4. Payroll Coordination & Employee Separation
- Coordinate monthly attendance closure for payroll processing.
- Verify attendance, leave records, duty rosters, overtime, and compensatory off records.
- Prepare payroll inputs including payout, hold, and release sheets for Medical Officers, Consultants, and salaried employees.
- Coordinate overtime verification and documentation.
- Prepare Full & Final Settlement documentation and maintain settlement trackers.
- Manage employee exit documentation, separation records, and inactive employee updates.
5. Statutory Compliance & Employee Benefits
- Coordinate Provident Fund documentation including UAN activation, Aadhaar/PAN linkage, e-nomination, and employee support.
- Coordinate employee medical insurance enrolment and annual renewals.
- Support statutory documentation and compliance activities.
- Respond to employee queries related to PF, insurance, payroll, attendance, and HR policies.
6. Learning & Development
- Coordinate Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with departmental stakeholders.
- Develop annual and monthly training calendars.
- Prepare and review training modules in accordance with NABH standards.
- Conduct soft skills, behavioural, and induction training programmes.
- Coordinate with Learning Management System (LMS) administrators and central training teams.
- Maintain individual employee training records and organizational training databases.
- Prepare training MIS, effectiveness reports, and annual training budgets.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
7. Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives throughout the year.
- Organize employee recognition programmes, birthday celebrations, festivals, appreciation events, and wellness activities.
- Coordinate hospital sports events, cultural programmes, and institutional engagement initiatives.
- Prepare appreciation letters, certificates, condolence messages, and employee communications.
- Visit departments and hospitalized employees to strengthen employee relations.
- Manage engagement budgets and procurement of engagement materials.
8. HR Administration & MIS
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential personnel files.
- Maintain recruitment, joining, separation, leave, disciplinary, grievance, contract renewal, overtime, asset, and statutory trackers.
- Prepare HR dashboards, management reports, demographic analysis, and various MIS reports.
- Coordinate annual activities including insurance renewals, wellness programmes, gift distribution, and government reporting requirements.
- Maintain electronic and physical document repositories with appropriate indexing and backups.
- Provide timely HR reports and employee data to management and regulatory authorities as required.
Salary is not constrain for right candidate. Immediate joiner preferred.
Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
