Position : HR Recruiter
Experience: 6 months – 3yr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
- Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Coordination & Offer Management: Schedule interviews, manage the ATS, and handle offer negotiations and salary discussions.
- Employer Branding & Onboarding: Represent the company at job fairs and support new hire onboarding.
- Reporting: Monitor key metrics like time-to-fill and source of hire to optimize recruitment strategies.
Skills: 1. Good in excel, 2. Knowledge of MS office, 3. Good communication
