About the Role
Alims School of Business is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its Kochi branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, managing branch operations, leading the counseling and support teams, ensuring an excellent student experience, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Branch Operations
Manage the overall operations of the Kochi branch.
Ensure smooth execution of academic, administrative, and student support activities.
Maintain high standards of service quality and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
- Admissions & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets.
Develop and implement local marketing and outreach strategies.
Build relationships with colleges, schools, corporates, and educational partners.
Organize seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and promotional events.
Monitor lead generation and conversion performance.
- Team Leadership
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise counselors, administrative staff, and support teams.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
- Student Relationship Management
Ensure exceptional counseling and customer service for prospective students.
Resolve student and parent concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor student satisfaction and continuously improve the student experience.
- Financial & Administrative Management
Prepare branch budgets and monitor expenses.
Ensure timely fee collection and maintain financial discipline.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Submit periodic MIS reports to the management.
- Marketing & Brand Promotion
Execute local branding initiatives.
Coordinate digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Represent Alims School of Business at education fairs, networking events, and industry forums.
Qualifications : MBA or related field
Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in branch management, educational institution management, sales, or business development.
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Experience in higher education, training institutes, EdTech, or skill development organizations will be an added advantage.
