As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration. The day includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions implemented meet the intended business needs is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
- Understanding of infrastructure as code and configuration management practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at client onsite locations within India.
