We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listing, order management, inventory coordination, online promotions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce marketplaces and company websites.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and images.
- Monitor and process customer orders, returns, and refunds.
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely order fulfillment.
- Track inventory levels and update stock availability across platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and products.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Execute online promotional campaigns and marketplace advertisements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Maintain platform compliance and ensure smooth marketplace operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms mainly in Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online promotions is an added advantage.
