Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Manager Accounts, Audit, and Taxation located in Kozhikode. The role entails managing and overseeing accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with auditing and taxation laws. Responsibilities include budget analysis, coordination with external auditors, ensuring adherence to tax regulations, and driving fiscal accountability and reporting. Manager is also expected to lead financial planning efforts and implement best practices targeting efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Accounting operations, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
- Proficiency in Auditing practices to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency
- Comprehensive knowledge of Taxation laws and regulations
- Leadership abilities to manage and mentor teams effectively
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in automobile/retail industry
- Professional Qualification : Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is mandatory.
