We’re Hiring: Textile Fashion Designer & UV / DTF Machine Operator
We are looking for a talented and experienced Textile Fashion Designer who can also operate UV Printing Machines and DTF Printing Machines. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills and hands-on production experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and develop textile, fashion, and garment designs
- Design artwork for T-shirts, uniforms, tote bags, promotional products, and custom merchandise
- Operate UV Printing Machines and DTF Printing Machines
- Prepare print-ready files and manage color accuracy
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality output
- Develop creative product concepts and new design collections
- Handle sampling, mockups, and production approvals
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of textile and fashion design
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design software
- Hands-on experience with UV printing and DTF printing machines
- Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and printing techniques
- Ability to create original and marketable designs
- Strong attention to detail and production quality
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in fashion, uniforms, promotional products, or custom printing is preferred
