Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience to manage candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring while ensuring timely closure of open positions.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment databases and applicant records.
- Manage offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
