I'm looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Indore — someone who loves talking to people, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into business.
If you're just starting out or already have some experience in IT sales, this could be a great next step.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Generating and qualifying leads on LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms
- Talking to potential clients and understanding what they actually need
- Pitching our IT services with confidence and clarity
- Working closely with our internal team for smooth onboarding and delivery
- Managing your pipeline and follow-ups through CRM tools
- Spotting new opportunities that help us grow
You'll be a strong fit if you:
- Communicate clearly and build rapport easily
- Are genuinely interested in IT sales and business development
- Feel comfortable presenting to and negotiating with clients
- Have some familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, or Freelancer (great, but not mandatory)
- Are self-driven, organized, and enjoy achieving goals
