Position: GRN Entry Executive

Experience Required: 1–3 years (Pharma industry preferred)

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries in ERP system accurately and timely
- Verify purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans etc.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with pharma standards.
- Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, and accounts teams.
- Maintain records of incoming materials and update inventory.
- Handle discrepancies in received goods and report issues .
- Debit note & Credit note issue or entry.
Requirements:
- Graduate
- Experience in pharmaceutical purchase or warehouse operations
- Knowledge of ERP systems ( Tally / other inventory software)
- Basic understanding of inventory management
- Attention to detail and accuracy .
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with pharma documentation
- Knowledge of batch tracking and expiry management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
₹ 13000-19800 per month (Based on experience)
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹19,800.00 per month
