Job Title: Quality Head (Electronics)

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Quality Head to lead our quality assurance efforts for our Electronics Home appliances Manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of PCB boards, OPEL, SMT assembly processes, and be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of our products throughout their lifecycle. This role involves managing customer complaints, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and implementing processes to achieve zero-defect quality. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of ISO QMS, FAI, RMA inspection, and continuous improvement methodologies like 5S and Kai zen.
Key Responsibilities:
· Quality Management & Leadership: Lead and oversee the entire quality management system (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
· Customer Complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints, investigating root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
· IPQC & FAI Knowledge: Oversee In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) activities and First Article Inspections (FAI) to ensure product quality from start to finish.
· RMA Inspection: Manage Returned Material Authorizations (RMA) inspection, analyze failure modes, and drive corrective actions to improve product reliability.
· Quality Rejection Process: Oversee the product rejection process, ensuring proper handling, documentation, and root-cause analysis for defective products.
· R&D Process Understanding: Collaborate with the R&D team to ensure product designs meet quality and manufacturing standards.
· SMT Assembly Process: Monitor and control the quality of the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assembly process, ensuring high-quality production standards.
· Soldering & De soldering Expertise: Provide guidance and support on soldering and desoldering techniques, ensuring industry best practices are followed.
· Zero Defect Quality: Lead initiatives aimed at achieving zero-defect quality in all products and processes, implementing appropriate quality control methods to eliminate errors.
· 5S & Kai zen Implementation: Promote and oversee 5S and Kai zen activities to improve the organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of the production floor.
· Key Quality Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key quality metrics, including yield rates, defect rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement.
· LED & QLED Knowledge: Apply knowledge of LED and QLED television manufacturing processes to ensure the highest quality standards in these products.
· Measurement Comparison: Ensure that a process is in place to compare a device's measurements to a known standard to determine its accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, particularly in the design and assembly of LED and QLED televisions.
· Certification in Quality Management Systems or related quality certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).
· Familiarity with global quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
· Experience: 4 to 7 years
Working Conditions:

· On-site (with some flexibility, depending on company policy)
· Occasional travel may be required to suppliers or customers
