About NandiKala
NandiKala is a fast-growing Indian home décor and lifestyle brand specializing in premium brass, copper, and traditional handcrafted products. We are building a modern brand rooted in Indian heritage and are looking for someone who wants to grow with a startup rather than just work in one.
Role Overview
This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys handling multiple responsibilities. You'll work directly with the founders and be involved in content creation, customer communication, operations, and day-to-day business activities. Every day will be different, making this an excellent opportunity to learn how an e-commerce business operates from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit engaging content for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Shoot and edit short-form product videos and reels.
- Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors.
- Process and manage customer orders.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with stock management.
- Support daily business operations and administrative tasks.
- Work closely with the founders on new projects and business initiatives.
Who We're Looking For
- Graduate (any stream).
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome).
- Age preference: 21–25 years.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable using laptops, Google Workspace/MS Office, and online tools.
- Organized, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Creative mindset with an interest in social media and content creation.
- Able to multitask and thrive in a startup environment.
