1. Overall Resort Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, hospitality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary representative of the resort and the management.
2. Guest Relations & Service Excellence
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and prompt resolution of complaints.
- Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and satisfaction scores.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a visible presence in the resort and interact with guests regularly.
3. Revenue & Business Development
- Drive room occupancy, F&B sales, banquet business, and other revenue streams.
- Monitor pricing strategies and market trends.
- Develop relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, tour operators, and local stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for new business and revenue enhancement.
4. Financial Management
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and operating plans.
- Monitor revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Implement cost-control measures without compromising service quality.
- Ensure timely reporting of financial and operational performance.
5. Human Resource Management
- Conduct performance evaluations and ensure employee productivity.
- Foster a positive work culture and maintain employee discipline.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies.
6. Property Maintenance & Asset Management
- Ensure proper upkeep of buildings, rooms, equipment, landscaping, and infrastructure.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance programs.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Protect and preserve resort assets.
7. Food & Beverage Operations
- Supervise restaurant, kitchen, banquet, and catering operations.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost controls.
- Develop promotional activities to enhance F&B revenue.
8. Sales & Marketing
- Support marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and branding activities.
- Monitor OTA performance and online reputation management.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies and business partners.
- Promote the resort through networking and community engagement.
9. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with tourism, hospitality, labor, pollution, fire, and health regulations.
- Maintain all licenses and statutory approvals.
- Implement safety, security, and emergency response procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
10. Reporting & Strategic Planning
- Submit periodic operational and financial reports to management.
- Analyze business performance and implement improvement plans.
- Develop long-term strategies for growth and sustainability.
- Execute directives from the Chairman and Corporate Management.
Key Accountability
The Resident General Manager shall be fully responsible for the operational efficiency, profitability, guest satisfaction, statutory compliance, staff management, and overall reputation of Miras PMC Lakeshore Resort while ensuring alignment with the vision and objectives of the organization.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
