Job Title: Team Leader – B2B Travel Sales

**Experience Required:** 5–10 Years (Mandatory experience as a Team Leader in the Travel Industry)
*Key Responsibilities*
* Lead, manage, and motivate the B2B Travel Consultants team to achieve monthly sales and operational targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other B2B partners.
* Supervise end-to-end travel bookings, including hotels, holiday packages, flights, visas, and other travel services.
* Ensure timely and accurate preparation of quotations, bookings, documentation, and confirmations.
* Train, mentor, and coach team members to improve their sales performance, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
* Handle client escalations and resolve partner issues while maintaining excellent service quality.
* Coordinate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
* Analyze sales performance, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to increase revenue and team productivity.
* Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, supplier offerings, and market developments.
* Coordinate with management to streamline business processes and identify new business opportunities for growth.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
*Candidate Requirements*
* 5–10 years of experience in the travel industry with **mandatory experience as a Team Leader** in B2B Travel Sales.
* Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel products, hotels, holiday packages, and travel operations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in handling B2B clients, travel agents, and corporate accounts.
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales and operational targets.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in preparing sales reports and monitoring KPIs.
* Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems/CRM platforms.
