Job Summary
We are looking for a Research and Development (R&D) Executive to support the development and improvement of training programs, educational content, and business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong research, analytical, and documentation skills with the ability to identify new trends and innovative ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on industry trends, market needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop and improve educational programs, training materials, and course content.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret research data.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with academic and business teams to implement new ideas.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and recommend improvements.
- Support curriculum development and content updates.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Assist in pilot projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field.
- 1 years of experience in Research & Development, Education, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online research tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
