Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-performing real estate marketing team
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies
- Lead marketing campaigns, branding, and digital marketing initiatives
- Drive lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities
- Develop strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence and brand
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing and customer acquisition
- Proven experience in marketing strategy and execution
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills
- Experience in building and mentoring teams is preferred
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
