Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented SQC Cum DQC Coordinator to ensure quality execution and design validation for residential interior projects. The role involves site inspections, drawing verification, coordination with teams and clients, and maintaining project quality, timelines, and execution standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Site Quality Checks (SQC) during project execution
- Validate 2D & 3D drawings with site conditions (DQC)
- Take site measurements and identify execution deviations
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, project teams, and clients
- Monitor modular installations, furniture layouts, electrical, and plumbing works
- Resolve site and quality-related issues efficiently
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, SOPs, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in residential interior execution or quality coordination
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, technical drawings, and site validation
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in modular kitchen and home interior projects preferred
Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
