We are a merchant importer and supplier of Copper Scrap in India and are currently hiring Sales Executives on a commission basis
Role Responsibilities: Find and connect with buyers in India who require copper scrap. Generate leads, build relationships, and help secure supply contracts. Coordinate with industrial buyers, recyclers, smelters, manufacturers, and traders.
Compensation & Benefits: First month will be commission based. Earn 10% to 20% commission from net profit on successfully closed deals. Average deal size ranges around ₹3 Crore. Most contracts are long-term (up to 1 year) and you will continue earning commission from the same deal throughout the contract period. High performing executives who close 40 deals within 6 months will receive sponsored international family trips to Europe, Australia, or the USA. Annual salary increments based on performance, Employees who successfully serve the company for 1 year and achieve strong performance may receive a company car for personal use.
Requirements: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience in B2B sales, metal scrap, industrial raw materials, or trading is preferred. Self motivated individuals who can independently find buyers and close contracts.
