Job Summary
Fixence Tech Solutions is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop support, networking, server troubleshooting, and onsite technical support. The ideal candidate must possess strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage client support activities efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Desktop & Laptop Installation and Configuration
- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
- Windows OS Installation and Support
- Onsite Client Support and Field Service Visits
- Server Installation, Monitoring & Basic Administration
- Network Troubleshooting (LAN, WiFi, Router & Switch Support)
- Printer Installation & Peripheral Device Support
- User Account & Email Configuration
- Coordination with Internal Technical Teams for Issue Resolution
- Preparing Service Reports and Client Updates
- AMC Support and IT Asset Management Activities
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Desktop, Laptop & Server Support
- Basic Networking Knowledge
- Understanding of Routers, Switches & WiFi Devices
- Strong Troubleshooting Skills
- Ability to Handle Onsite Client Support
- Good Communication and Teamwork Skills
Qualification
- Diploma / Any Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Related Field

- Candidates with Two-Wheeler Preferred for Field Support
