About the Role
Knowledge Center (KC) is looking for an energetic and confident Customer Acquisition & Brand Outreach Executive to support our outreach and engagement activities. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, brands, and stakeholders to introduce company services, build professional relationships, and coordinate initial communication.This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and an interest in client interaction and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients and brands through outbound communication.
- Introduce company services, offerings, and ongoing initiatives professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and stakeholders.
- Coordinate follow-ups and schedule meetings for the concerned teams.
- Maintain and update communication records, reports, and databases.
- Support customer engagement and brand outreach activities.
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth coordination and information sharing.
- Ensure professional communication standards and timely responses.
- Conduct outbound calls to architects, interior designers, builders, and allied industry professionals.
- Introduce the company, its products/services, and ongoing initiatives in a professional manner.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales/business development team.
- Maintain and update the database of architects, firms, and prospective clients.
- Follow up on inquiries, meetings, and pending discussions regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for appointments, presentations, and brand collaborations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with architects and design professionals.
- Track daily calling activities and prepare reports on lead status and conversions.
- Support marketing and brand outreach campaigns as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong confidence and professional speaking ability.
- Good coordination and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain reports and communication records.
- Presentable, disciplined, and proactive attitude.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
- Prior experience in architecture, interior design, construction materials, or related industries will be preferred.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline preferred in Architect.
- 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in customer interaction, client coordination, outreach, or communication roles preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,200.91 - ₹20,000.33 per month
