Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete HR function for all branches.
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies.
- Manage employee onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Monitor manpower planning and workforce productivity.
- Coordinate with department heads on staffing needs.
- Prepare HR reports and provide management with HR insights.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 3–7 years of HR experience.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software.
Preferred Skills:
- Retail or textile industry experience.
- Ability to manage multiple branches and large teams.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
