About the Role
Corizo Edutech is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to lead and manage a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the EdTech industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets while mentoring and motivating team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct team training sessions to improve sales skills and productivity.
- Ensure high levels of customer engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with management to achieve organizational goals.
- Handle escalations and support team members in closing deals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Sales Team Lead in the EdTech industry.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Mandatory experience in the EdTech industry.
✅ 1–2 years of experience in Sales Team Leadership.
✅ Experience in handling and mentoring sales teams.
✅ Immediate joiners will be preferred.
