Job Description:
We are hiring a Telecalling Executive to handle enquiry follow-ups and convert leads into appointments for our architecture firm. The role involves calling potential clients, explaining our services, and maintaining regular follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on incoming enquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
- Explain architecture and interior design services.
- Schedule client meetings with architects.
- Maintain lead records and follow-up updates.
Qualifications
- Plus Two / Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Good communication skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
