You will be the driving force expanding our footprint, turning cold leads into long-term clients for our premium Digital Marketing & Website Development services.
What You Will Do:
- Cold Calling & Prospecting: Proactively reach out to businesses, pitch our core digital services, and handle objections like a pro.
- Lead Conversion: Take ownership of the sales pipeline—from the first cold call to closing the deal.
- B2B Consultation: Understand a business owner's digital pain points and present Outmetrix's marketing and web development solutions as the ultimate fix.
Strict Requirements:
- Language: Must be highly fluent in Malayalam (excellent colloquial communication and persuasive skills are mandatory).
- Location: Based in Palakkad or nearby regions (to maintain strong regional market knowledge).
- Mindset: You must be comfortable with a 100% incentive and profit-sharing model. If you need a fixed safety net, this is not the role for you. If you want uncapped earning potential, welcome aboard.
